Today is a day of recovering from a sinus headache, and hopefully getting some baking done. The Victorian Tea is in just 5 days, and during that time I need to bake at least 2 more batches of scones, a lavender cheesecake, and a rosewater pound cake. I must also prepare sandwich butters, potted meat, and welsh rarebit. I will need to purchase most of the ingredients other than basic baking (cake and scone) needs. This would be okay if I had any energy...
